Zero correspondence from Alex Forbes

I have two questions. 1. Does Alex Forbes even still exist? and 2. If they do, do they even still have our money, our hard earned money that we saved and invested with them? For the last 5 weeks their phones rang indefinitely, now if you get through to them they transfer you from one call centre agent to the next. Nobody can help with my query to know my claim status. AF connect is useless, it shows conflicting information every day. I've sent about 100 emails, they don't reply. But when I put in a request for information on making an investment, they called me back within 10 minutes, twice!!!!! I'm feeling like they're eager to take our money, but to get anything out of them regarding a claim is a nightmare. If I ever do get my money back from them, I don't ever want anything to do with Alex Forbes again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else!
