ZERO CLIENT SATISFACTION!
I have been waiting for my provident fund for over 2 months now. My status has been stuck on tax application for over 3 weeks now. This is very terrible service considering that I had called Alex forbes a couple of days ago and was put on hold for hours to no response.
Why tell people that payout normally takes 20 working days when some of us have to wait for months to receive our payouts. Rent is behind. Everything is ****in behind because of your lack of good service! The least any of your consultants could do is to provide valid explanation of the delay in our funds being payed out.
I am very disappointed and upset at this poor service I am receiving because your customer satisfaction is on a ZERO!!!
