You want a payout? Wait a year....at least

Alexander Forbes promises 10 - 12 weeks to pay out a claim. My journey however, has been almost 12 months with no luck. In the end of 2016 I was approached by Umzuzi which notified me of an unclaimed Fund with Aleander Forbes ( AF reuqest them to track me down ) I was send paperwork on which I had to dig very deep to find the necessary documents, stand in line to certify and make sure all was send in time. 15 December 2016 it was confirmed all documents was received. In Feb 2017 I followed up and was told that no paperwork was filed, again I had to certify my documents as the 3 months period has passed. In June 2017 I yet again followed up and no paperwork was filed - again I had to certified and decided this time to file my own documents with Alexander Forbes. 12 July 2017 it was confirmed that all documents was received. Since then I have trying to follow up about my claim - empty feedback, no feedback, ending up with a voice message, being told that the payouts are on a "downtime" to just generated messages saying it is still in process. Today marks 14 weeks since the confirmation that AF has received my documents and no payout - this while they market a 10 - 12 week period. Its a lie, have no delivery and to be honest just plain poor service. Will I ever get paid out what is mine?
