You are not god!
You deal with claims as we are beggars. You deal without empathy or care. Even if we are claimants we are still customers. Your staff are rude and don't respond to queries. I'm tiredof your brushoff and poor claim support. Dont playnthe due diligence card as this is just a nocare and poor customer service.
If you continue your poor customer support I will be referring this matter to the Ombudsman.
