WOW, WOW ... What a Bad service
Wow, wow .... what a bad bad Service... i left my Employer on the 27 May, which was my last contribution to my funds. My employer sent me a confirmation of my claim which was submitted on my behalf on 1st June 2022. On the 20th of June i called Alex Forbes just to confirm the progress of my claim and to my BIG BIG surprise i was told that my withdrawal claim was not processed as my form did not indicate my intentions with the funds. What is shocking is this 1. Alex Forbes does not understand what is customer service because if they did they should have communicated with me as their customer about any outstanding information but instead they think they know what matters to customers so there was no need to communicate with me and customers should contact them first.
2. When i called, i spoke to Ndibu, who gave me a very very bad attitude. (i hope someone listens to the recordings) telling me that it was my responsibility to call Alex Forbes and they don't communicate with customers at all. which I found very pathetic. i was also told that had i not made a follow up, no one was goin to communicate with me about the outstanding information. 3. I lodged a complaint on Monday and I was told that a Supervisor/manager will contact me within 24hrs and to date no one has contacted me. which is unacceptable. 4. All processes for Alex forbes are reactive and they do not have sense of urgency in handling customers query. 5. Their process is designed to favour them(Alex Forbes) at the inconvenience of their clients. This is an arrogant inside out approach. 6. The call center consultants/agents are very unprofessional as they argue with customers on a call and lack empathy when dealing with customers.
no one is wiling to accept the gaps in their processes and this informs me of the level of arrogance i am dealing with. i suggest that Alex Forbes should change their motto to ********. Discourage. Inconsiderate
