Worst services ever received!!!

Worst service received!!! 30min on the phone everytime we call without any help at the end.. Probably 7 phone calls made. To second that our payment was supposed to be done on the 13th of Feb. It's now the 15th March. When phoning in the consultant told me my payment was canceled but would be paid the same day. It's now 3 days later and still no payment and they are not even able to tell me why the payment has not been done. I am leaving South Africa on Monday and this is UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!
