Worst services ever

I recently got retrenched at work ,so I was supposed to get paid out on my pension and provident fund .it's been 3 months now and I still haven't received my money ,I have made complaints ,I have escalated it to the company but nothing has been done ,they said they will call me back and give me feedback ,but they have not done that .they keep making false promises and I am getting tired of their nonsense. It's my money that I worked hard for .I didn't know that it was going to be this long .but all my other colleagues got paid out 2 months ago ,so I don't know what's their problem.they are very unprofessional and unorganised. Dont wasted your time investing with them because when it comes time to pay out ,all their workers will be confused and not have any answers for you
