Worst Service Provider!!!!

I got a payment reject sms again! The last time this happened was in July and its now December. Between than and now its been a run around and all my documents are in order. I wonder what the excuse now. The tax directive will have to canceled and they will need to reapply blah blah blah and all this will take another six months. I’m tired and all I want is MY money, its MINE. Me writing this will only result in them assigning me a compliance person who will go MIA on me and not reply to emails and will keep kicking the goal post with excuses when they do reply. DO NOT USE their services, its a pity our companies use the with our pension funds.
