Worst service i have ever experienced. Been struggling for 2 years to withdraw my funds.

Absolutely useless financial service company. My previous employer (wbho) whom I left in January 2019 forced all employees to have a provident fund with Alexander Forbes. I have sent countless emails over the past 2 years to Alexander Forbes and the feedback is very poor. At first I tried remaining a client of Alexander Forbes. After months of trying to figure out how to do this and trying to get hold of someone at Alexander Forbes I gave up and moved all my retirement savings to a much better company. Now I have been trying to withdraw the money from Alexander Forbes as I realize the company is run by *********** personnel. I sent a mail with my forms, id and bank statement on 02/09/2020. I only got a reply on 04/09/2020 stating that I had not chosen a withdrawal option which I clearly had done. After about a week of trying to get a hold of a the person handling my account, a person named Mlungisi, I gave up. Mlungisi did not provide a email or any contact number other than the ***number which I have phoned many times with no anyone answering. I tried again with this useless company on 1 December. I sent through all the forms, id and bank statement. To date I have had no reply. I sent mails to *** and ***.
