Worst service from Alexander Forbes Provident Fund

Alexander Forbes have been the most unhelpful and pathetic service i have had to endure. After changing employers at the end of March I am told that they don't know when I will receive my withdrawal because a form is outstanding from the broker and they have sent through two reminders. It is not 3 months down the line and this is the sorry excuse that I get. Every call centre operator just dismisses my complaint as if it is not valid but this is my money and I want it. The thing that bothers me the most is that no one bothers to attempt to get my funds to me or reassure me that they are coming its just a matter of their hands are tied. Well when will you untie them and give me my money?
