Worst Service Experienced In My Life!

<p>BO Request : *(CAS- ********** -D6C6L6)* for Client: Valarie Hudson . CRM: ********** 004328</p> <p> </p> <p>On 19 April 2016 I was contacted directly informing me of an unclaimed benefit. All documentation was duly sent as requested and each time documentation is sent through, no feedback is received and only after following up on the claim do they each and every time request additional documentation.</p> <p> </p> <p>As Mrs Hudson now resides in the United Kingdom power of attorney was handed to me Lisa Georghiou (her daughter). The latest information required from Alexander Forbes is now we need to supply proof that Mrs Hudson belonged to the fund. Now I ask you with tears in my eyes!!! How do we obtain this if the company she worked for being NBS (National Building Society) closed down nearly 20 years ago. </p> <p> </p> <p>Mrs Hudson is nearly 80 years old and as I have received power of attorney I cannot expect her to obtain proof of this. </p> <p> </p> <p>I expect any funds owing to Mrs Hudson to be released URGENTLY as we were contacted regarding this unclaimed benefit, we did not contact you! I find it unacceptable that Alexander Forbes is delaying this process.
