Worst service ever, only empty promises!!!

After being informed on 1 December 2023 that my withdrawal payment should be made today, I was now informed that it will take even longer, I have tried logging a complaint via email with no luck, I then tried Facebook messenger where I received a reply 27 hours later than I will be contacted ASAP, this was 5 days ago. Please don't expect any feedback from Alex Forbes except when you call them and then you are still misinformed. (Don't let them B... S.... you with a 4 to 6 week turnaround time
