Worst service Ever - No feedback and No Updates

I have requested a withdrawal End of August 2020, I received an sms confirming that I will Get my payout within six weeks. I am Still waiting and every time I call I am told My request is Escalated. The Funny thing No one bothers to call or email regarding the progress of my claim. The worst service ever.
