Worst service ever from AFBF

It is said that the turn around time for a payment is 15 working days for an ad hoc payment. My childs fees are to be paid before the 7th of each month. I opted to pay myself and send proof of payment for a refund to date no payment has been made for a request submitted 24th March. I have to pay the next month fee on Monday while still waiting for a refund that I submitted in March. It's going to take even longer because I will be sending proof of payment for a refund again. AFBF doesn't not practice TFC they don't care about the fact that they are dealing with people that have lost their loved ones, especially children. Why does it has to be a constant fight with them. Had I not called yesterday I wouldn't have received a response/call today. Only to be told that I have to wait again past the 15 working days turn around time.
