Worst service ever!!!!
This company is the worst retirement fund company I have ever dealt with. I submited my claims on the 7 of January to be paid out and they said it will take 4-6 weeks. After several phone calls and emails they keep on promising to get back to me with the process of the claim as I need that money ASAP because I lost my job. They never respond and now today they tell me that the process has not even started yet. This is pathetic as its already 4 weeks. Why do you take my money easily but when you have to pay it back its a problem?? Be carrefull of this people
