Worst Service ever by Alex Forbes

On the 10th April I made a claim at Alex Forbes, I was told to this day my claim has not be paid,I have called several times and I get told different explanation.Worse is when I ask to speak to the supervisor first I was told the supervisor is on lunch they would call me back and they didn't call no email nothing.Today I called 3rd of June same thing apparently supervisor/management were on a meeting hence they couldn't speak to me.

I just don't know what is going on exactly,worse of it all there's no communication whatsoever even when you call you end more confused because every consultant tell you a different story.From beginning of 10th April to June 3rd june. While they said to me turn around time is 5-10 working days.

I am just so defeated.
