Worst service ever. Absolutely unuseful

Been calling and sending mails since last week. The phones keep sending you to a person who sends you to the automated replies where you hold fo 15min before getting an agent who's gonna send you back to the same machine.

It's a disaster, you don't get anywhere with this service. All I want is a statement please.
