Worst service ever!

Alexander Forbes will gladly take your money every month, but wait until you need information regarding your benefits, then you are on your own.

They have this "Self help" motto that just means you are on your own and no one will assist you.

When you get through on the phone they just claim you reached the wrong department and they put you through to the next *********** person. After 4 or 5 times you just give up.

When you login to your profile you can click on the "Contact adviser" link. You fill in the form and then when you click submit......nothing. Can't submit the form. You send an e-mail to *** explaining what you require from them. You just get an answer that you can login to your profile to HELP YOURSELF. Useless and ***********. But what do they care, they already have your money.
