Worst Service Ever

I was contacted through Tracers 24 th October 2025 for a Provident Pay Out.Filled in forms certified it and sent it through since then i am struggling so much with them when i sent the forms in i gave all the correct details to them to contact me now all of a sudden they need to verify my details via phone call and a link that will be sent to me to verify.Still i am struggling today got a mail need to sent my id card again,preferred contact time again as i told them that where i am working signal is a problem i asked veryr nicely that i be contacted anytime 16h40 any day.This is so far the worst Service i am receiving from anyone really if i dont email to ask what is going on i dont get feedback and if i do get feedback it will take the CONSULTANTS two or more days to get back to me.I am really getting frustrated

I gave them my two numbers to call me *** or *** and email adres *** the email i am using is my wifes one but to verify via link i gave them mine.
