Worst service ever 2nd complaint

I am fed up with Alexander Forbes. After my first review on hello Peter I have received no feedback or even a courtesy call as to what the hold up could be. Today I get contacted by James McConnell requesting the very same documents I have submitted to him in May and a pdf copy of my I'd on the 4th Nov already. I now had to hold a copy of my I'd to my face to prove that it is me. I mean really. This is now becoming rediculous to say the least. It's not even a huge amount. I want my money and I want it as in yesterday already. Your consultants at hello Peter has also not responded to my mail and complaint.
