Worst service ever

I have resigned from my employment at sefa at the end of July 2017 and I have still not received my pension fund money after two months. Whenever I call Alexander Forbes they inform me that they are waiting for the documents from sefa confirming my last date of employment and when I call sefa they tell me that they have sent the document and I should speak to Ignatia Nekhumbe who is the Fund Administrator, between these companies clearly someone doesn't want me to get my money. I have sent emails to Ignatia Nekhumbe regarding my claim and I am still waiting for feedback.
