WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

The company daymond that I worked for opened a pension fund account with alexander forbes. I've been struggling months to get my pension fund. All I received was excuses no results. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. 26th October 2021 I was told i should wait 6-8 weeks for payout. Tomorrow 21st December 2021 marks the 8th week I have not received anything yet. I submitted my forms the 25 August 2021 and i will be taking further actions against Alexander forbes. They will be hearing from the CCMA and the ombudsman.
