Worst service ever

<p>I was asked to send my baking details on the 24th of October, and recieved the below email.</p> <p>Thank you for your enquiry.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is an automated response from Alexander Forbes acknowledging receipt of your e-mail.</p> <p>We endeavor to provide feedback within 2 working days. </p> <p> </p> <p>Should your enquiry not be responded to within this timeframe, please ********** <p> </p> <p>2 working days has passed and no has done anything about the document that i have send through. i called in today and was told nothing has been done regarding contacting SARS for tax directive. so if i didnt call no one would have contacted me. This is shocking... Why say you will give feedback in 2 days if you dont even bother to check your emails. I asked the contact centre lady that i spoke to she said the same emeail address I used to send documents its the same for complains?? My email address was recieved and nothing was done about it. I have very little faith that my complain will be dealt with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told to email complaint to ********** , I send an email on the 1st of November got an automated reply that they will get back to me in 2 days. No one has contatcted me ver since. Today i called again and spoke to Kusha he couldnt give me an update on the payment and he couldnt confirm on whether he recieved my email.
