Worst service don't trust them

We have been waiting over 4 months now for the claim to be paid out since the 3rd of July after phoning in dont even know how many times because you never phone clients back or even reply to emails my husband and I is at our wits with your company and poor customer service I have never ever experienced this bad customer service ever in my life... Yet again we need to wait.... You keep on making mistakes and we need to wait not even a supervisor can get back to you with an email sent a month ago aswell as one today, you get promised by his team that he will respond immediately but nobody knows to whom he's rosponding to. I realy hope Dawie reads this comments and do something about it my husband wants his money! After your agent promised us the money will be paid today 13/10/2020 still nothing I will not even recommend one person to go with this company I will discourage any person to trust Alexander Forbes with your money!!!!
