Worst service and *************

My My partner has been waiting for morethan 3 months now for his pay out, we submitted all required documentations. When we call we are being transferred from pillar to post, worst experience we got. No one even bothers to call us back. Your office in Namibia is the worst. They don't know what they doing and can't handle questions. When we track with the one in south Africa we are being told that they will call us with feedback but no feedback has been given. He's been waiting for too long and this thing is stressing him out!!! There's also no professionalism, they just answer and ask name of the company just when you trying to explain yourself you are then transferred to another person whose phone goes unanswered all the time without being notified that you being transferred.
