Worst service
I app**** on the 6th of September for my two pot claim, received an email on the 8th from them stating that my claim is registered and it can take up to 20 working days for my money to pay out. Today is 18 working days and I have not heard anything from them, my password had to be reset and I since cannot log in. I have sent numerous emails for assistance to log in again to track my claim but no response, I have called but it just rings. This is the worst ever company to have an investment with. They don't care
