WORST SERVICE

I took a car insurance with Alexander Forbes in March 2018. The Do Not Tow stickers were never sent to me and I sent an email on the 31st of May to request them. I was told they will be sent to me but they never arrived. I sent another email on the 13th of August requesting the stickers and again they will be sent to me but I had to send another email on the 8th of August for the same stickers and they have not arrived till today. I really do not know what to do anymore. If I get into an accident and someone else tows my car it will be my problem. Or are you saying I must go to your offices to fetch the stickers? The insurance is very quick in deducting money from accounts and sending letters about premium increases but not about delivering the service! I am a very patient person to wait the whole year for the stickers but I am tired now, this is my last month with Alexander Forbes!
