Worst place to deal with!!

*********** company.... Been waiting on empty promises from them. Claim was supposed to be paid out 2 weeks ago and I still have no feedback. The app is just as useless as nothing seems to be moving on there. The call center is never available.

I visited the branch last week, only for them to tell me that they cannot tell me when my funds were released.

How is this fair and how do you operate in such a regulated industry. You were quick to take my money monthly and now cant pay it out? Cant imagine retiring or trusting you to take care of our finances for the future.

Even the responses are all template generated. Like where is the client treated fairly in any of this. Come on, you can do better than this. Im highly disappointed with the service from what seemed to be a professional organization.
