Worst of the worst Provident fund

Good day

Im a very unhappy customer. I have been trying to claim my Money ( Profident fund ) from Alexander forbes and they keep on telling me to call them back. Each week i spend a R100 worth of airtime just to call them, and my money is still not paid. Now they want my marriage certificate, ( please note, this was a previous marriage) I told them that i got divorced and Re-married, but still they want my previous marriage certificate, which i cannot give them because i dont have it anymore, and got divorced in 2012 already. I told them that there is no way that i can actually get my previous marriage certificate, because we got divorced, and i re-married, so not even home affairs can help me, as that marriage was years ago, and the divorce was also years ago. The only marriage certificate i can give them is my new marriage (new husband) certificate, and i can give them the divorce papers. I send the divorce papers to them, with all my documents (except the marriage certificate, from my previous marriage, as i dont have that) and then i called them again today... No feedback. They still dont want to pay my money if i cant give them the marriage certificate. How ridiculous is this? It is my money, and they are refusing to pay it, because i cant give them a document that is nul in void.

Worst company ever. Will never ever make use of them again. I want my money. Its been years now, and i havent received my money. They keep on making excuses.

People, dont make use of this people.
