Worst Investment company due to no service delivery
We have sent a claim form in on the 16th January to transfer our pension fund to another service provider - today 22 March we only received once an answer and no further details. This is the second time that there is problems with AF. No service, No help, don't even know why I bother to sent emails because nothing happens. In the meanwhile my fund value is depreciating.
