Worse institution in the world!!!

Alexander Forbes, thank you for wasting my time, my phone bill, and not to mention my patience… for a YEAR and a half now!! I have never in my life worked with a more *********** company as yours. All I have been asking you is for answers to my late Fathers Pension fund, and all you have been doing is lying to me, over and over again, talking in circles, my poor father must be spinning in his grave. You keep on telling me that the money was paid out, to whom?? As I am the only beneficiary?? I have no choice as to take this to the ombudsman , as I have only been wasting my time on you *********** company and staff!! I am sick off you by now, no lies!

I am sitting her wondering if maybe Alexander Forbes is under financial pressure, and are starting to take clients’ money, if that is the Case I would thought you would at least not be *****ing from the dead!
