Worst Financial Services company ever dealt

Worst Financial Services company I have ever dealt with. Worst service I have ever experienced.

I submitted a withdrawal claim 3 months ago. No response, no follow-up.

I requested that my Employer Life Insurance be transferred to my personal account in order for my established service to be continued. In the past 3 months, I was able to reach the relevant person only once. No response on email or phone after that.

I then contacted the general line and emailed the relevant documentation to the admin line. An automated response suggested that they will contact me in 3 days. I am writing this review on day 5. NO RESPONSE.
