Worst customer service, no one replies to emails and calls

Worst customer service, no replies to any form of communication I have had a retirement policy with Alexander Forbes. This was transferred to another Investor.

I am battling now to get an updated Tax directive for my 2020 tax return from Alexander Forbes so I can submit to SARS. I've sent emails, no one has gotten back to me. SARS has even penalized me and they have withheld my money until I provide them with an update tax directive, because the one they have on record has no lump sum calculated so it needs to be corrected. Its so disappointing and frustrating that there is no way to get an answer or contact anyone in this company.

I even tried reaching out for help on their Facebook page. I'm so disappointed
