Worst customer service I ever had.
Worst customer service I ever experienced, I was traced in June for money they owe me, it is now September and still nothing has been done, you call and end up in a cue that gets you nowhere, I have wasted over a thousand Rand trying to phone them, it's like they don't want to help you, I will never do business with them again and I will tell anyone that want to, to stay away. Shame on you Alexander Forbes.
