Worst customer service ever
I use to work for capitec and they submitted my provident fund withdrawal forms on the 28/08/2024. Today is the 02/10/2024 and alexandra forbes claims that they have not received it. I have tried everyday to contact them and there is no response or the call just rings. The worst customer service I have ever received in my life
