Worst customer service ever
I have been dealing with Alexandra Forbes for the past month and it has been the worst experience ever. I have been put on hold for 10min and given dates for my withdrawal that did not happen. The service levels are none existent and shocking. I keep having to call them and follow up with no updates at all. I hope when this is over I don’t have to ever deal with this *********** company again!
