Worst Customer Service!!!

I am having the worst experience with Alexander Forbes regarding my provident fund. I would never refer them to anyone for anything and I will not even think twice about joining them for any other type of financial service. Surely you should try your best to retain your clients, instead you mess around with people giving them incorrect and conflicting information about their money!!! I have sent numerous emails, I have made numerous phone calls and each time i am told something different regarding the transfer of my provident fund! I was told it will be 4 to 6 weeks from the time I resign and it has been more than 2 months since I have resigned and nothing has been sorted out as yet!!!! I have even complained on their site and I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding my complaint! You guys are pathetic!
