Worst company to keep people's money

For such a big company they fail their clients and it seems that's what they are excelling in now,This company does not care about their clients all they wants is money from them and when its time to claim you are nothing to them.They couldn't care less about your needs.Since 31st Aug till now I have not received my money here I am struggling to make ends meet and they have my money.They responded to my last review with a promise that they will sort out my issue in 4 days, i have been calling sending emails, responding to the email that they sent and nothing. The last time I got any king of information I was told they received my Tax directive and only need to make payment but still nothing. I am at a loss ,angry is not even a word I can use
