Worst Company Ever

I'm so disappointed with the service I'm getting from this company. My claim is being sent to them by my company 3 months ago. 2 weeks ago I made a follow up and I was told that they submitted the incorrect NOR to SARS and they requested i sent it again. I did that and received confirmation that they received it. Today i call them, they tell me that they are still awaiting to apply with SARS. The consultants don't even care to o explain properly what could the cause of the delay. They promised that the turn around time is 4-6 weeks, but my claim is there for 12 weeks. They don't even send us emails notifying us about the delay. Im so disappointed in the poor service that im getting from this company. No one is willing to take accountability. This is the worst company to invest your money.
