Worst company!
I've been dealing with this company on behalf of my Mother in law with payments regarding her late spouse, they paid her R400 in 1997, the kids never got ANYTHING, yet now they getting arrears fro since before they turned 18 of R3000!?!? Theres no straight answers, all you hear is they will pay, but hose amounts to the kids, that's a whole ****, how do they calculate these amounts I ask, no answer from the Financial manager himself. You speak to 1000 people each time just to be assisted correctly, it's been days since anyone has responded. Not thinking there are people needing this money....
