Worst claim service
Worst scenario as i have been quering for my provident fund withdrawal since from last year i had to call in everyday and the run arounds are vague feedback is not even given not even an email to notify me how far are they with the withdrawals whenever you call the Agents are giving diffrent statements been told the fund is processed then the next thing the documents are not received then the next thing your papers are declined as i had back and forth with sending the same documents 10 times as the 3 to 5 working days has passed nothing has happend iam highly not impressed with this service
