Worst Call center experience ever!!!!
Alexander forbes has the worst call center experience I have ever seen, I called their call center to enquire about my retirement withdrawal after waiting close to an hour they had a option to call me back after 12 hours, more than 24 hours has passed still no response. You don't even know what number you are in the que.
