Worse service received

I have been struggling for months to get my late husband’s unclaimed benefit paid out, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I was first contacted by a tracing agent and submitted all the required documents on 20 June 2025. After following up, I was told to open an estate late bank account, which I did, and now the bank charges me R60 per month in admin fees. Later, I was informed by Madikwetsi Mokotedi that I needed to provide a new Letter of Authority (LOA) that includes my late husband’s unclaimed benefit. I had to take a day off work and spend the entire day at the Master’s Office to get this revised LOA. I sent the updated document to Alex Forbes on 10 November 2025. Since then, every follow-up has resulted in the same response: “The documents have been sent to the Forensic team.” I even logged a complaint on the Alex Forbes website (Ref: CCO-4281) and spoke to Kopano, who confirmed via email that the documents were sent to the Forensic team on 13 November 2025. However, there has been no progress or feedback unless I initiate contact. How long does the Forensic team take to verify documents? This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. If I don’t follow up, I hear nothing. This is by far the worst service I have experienced from Alex Forbes.

Im pleading please can this claim be paid out.
