Worse service... Poor customer service... Only care about taking your money, you never get it back when you need it

I am very ****ed with Alexander forbs.. I received an email on the 2nd of December saying they have received my claim on 19/11/2018 and my last contribution was received and allocated on the 26/11/2018. The email said the claim will be processed in 6-8 weeks. Last week i called just to find out if all is in order and was told they haven't received my last contribution and when they receive it, the claim will be processed in 3 to 5 working days. Yesterday when i called again, was told they have received my "last contribution", not sure how many last contributions i have and the lady said it will take 6 to 8 weeks to process, which is anothet 2 months. So in actual fact this means it will take 4 months for me to receive my money back. I called again today and spoke to a guy named Zamo and he is telling me a different story. He says the administrators are waiting on my broker to confirm my last contribution, i left my previous company on the 09/11/2018 and still today getting stories, the stories are even different. This is very unacceptable, how can someone wait 4 montjs to receive their money back?
