Worse Service, non responsive, they ignore Emails.
Alexander Forbes has the worst possible service. I have been trying since March 2025 to transfer my Alexander Forbes RA *** to the Easy Equities RI EE*** Fund as a cash transfer but to date, they have not responded.
Easy Equities has followed up with them for 4 times and they have not responded. I going to have to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman.
