Worse service ever

My previous employer submitted a withdrawal claim on my behalf since the 10th of June and was told to wait for 4 weeks. Before the claim I could see the funds on my portfolio but now My portfolio is showing R0.00 and I still haven't received the money in my account. When I call the customer care they put me on hold for more than 15min. I send emails but no feedback. This is the worse service ever. We pay our provident funds every month but when we claim our money back it becomes a problem. Investing with Alexander Forbes is a mistake I will never make again.
