Worse service and frustrating waiting period

I am not sure why companies bother to invest our hard earned money with this company. My first bad experience with this company was when I was moving employers and needed to take a portion from my provident fund. This company saw nothing wrong in me waiting longer than their stipulated time. I needed to make endless follow ups then to get my money. I am now dealing with the same level of uncaring and incompetence with the 2 pot claim. I have been waiting for my money since the 19th of September 24 and today it's the 16th of October 24. How do you explain the 21 days waiting period in that. You are the absolute worst as the company, it's as if no one cares about customers feelings of frustration and anxiety waiting for the unknown. The 2 pot was implemented to give Employees a reprieve to attend to pressing debt but through all the red tapes one jumps through to get this money through your company, you are as good as not existing.”
