worse experience of my life

I resigned from my previous job and I was told I will wait for six weeks before I get my retirement fund. Six weeks gone no funds recieved. When I call alexander forbes I was told my claim will be attended to in five working days that has come and pass and now I am put on hold whn I can for over 15-20 minutes on the phone. No job no funds. Just frustration from the alexander forbes experience.
