Withholding MY retirement funds!

Resigned in July. It is now October and I am still waiting for my retirement/pension to pay out. Got some excuse that they moved the fund over to Alexander Forbes(like that us my issue). Struggle to get any information out of them and now the other day I get told I must follow up with Alexander Forbes who are literally impossible to get hold of so guess where my next review is going... FRUSTRATED! Can someone please tell me what the hell I need to do to get MY retirement funds paid out?! Or do I need to start getting lawyers/unions involved? Sick of this! I have emailed, phoned, contacted you on social media and now again I am having to sit here and type on yet another platform to try and get some sort of attention to this situation.
