withdrawals for provident fund
im really not happy i requested to withdraw on the 29th December and i was told on the 04th that you have received my document and my December contributions and everything is fine with SARS but today im doing a follow up and im being told you guys have not received my December contribution and the 4 to 6 week will only apply once you receive them. so honestly this service is really bad. can someone assist regarding this, i need my payout as rent,school need to be paid month end and groceries as i was not working in DECEMBER and really need my money. *** and contact details ***.
